San Diego Part 3

The next part of the trip was Sea World. Carson loved seeing the fish in the aquarium and the children's area. I think his favorite part was the rogue seagulls that we were not supposed to feed (but did anyway). He thought it was so funny that you could chase the pigeons and the seagulls. We should have just ran around the parking lot for him to be entertained.
I was a little disappointed that they changed the Shamu show. The trainers were not allowed to get into the water at all. It is understandable, but a let down compared to when we went to Sea World in Florida. The Believe show that Eddie and I saw was definitely amazing.

Lastly, we spent some more time at the beach. Seeing the beauty of the ocean almost made me want to move there. If there were not so many people around all the time it would be perfect. Here Ryker is standing up in the sand. He was learning to walk while we were there. I loved seeing Carson's little footprints in the sand it makes me love being a mother. Nothing can ever prepare you for the happiness and challenge that comes with the title, but it is all worth it.
We also went to an Arabian horse show (the Del Mar race track was across from our hotel). The horses were beautiful and I loved watching them. There was also a roller derby that we peeked in at. It would have been fun to go in, but we had Carson and it was getting late.
